How to cook pasta ?
Add pasta to a pan of boiling slightly salted water (1.5 Ltr per 250 g of pasta), stir and return to the boil. Boil for 3 minutes and drain well. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking . Fry pan with sauce for 1 to 2 minutes.
