• Orders are processed during business hours, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
  
• Same-day dispatch may be available for orders placed before 12pm, subject to product availability.
  
• Custom or large orders may require extra preparation time. If so, our team will inform you.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Local deliveries: Typically delivered within 24hrs of order confirmation.
  
• We always aim to deliver on schedule, but factors like unforeseen events may cause slight delays.
  

4. Shipping Fees

• Free delivery for orders above Qr.100.
• A flat delivery fee of Qr.10 applies to orders below the minimum order amount
• Final delivery costs will be shown before you confirm your order at checkout.
  

5. Handling Perishable Products

• All products are packed with care to maintain freshness and quality during transport.
• We recommend that someone is available at the delivery address to receive perishable items promptly.
  

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message.

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
