At Colosseum Doha, we care deeply about the quality and freshness of everything we make. Your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

When We Can Help

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we can’t take items back once they’ve left the store. However, we will gladly replace or refund if:

  • Something arrives damaged, spoiled, or not up to our usual standards.
  • You receive the wrong item by mistake.

How to Let Us Know

  • Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
  • If there’s an issue, just contact us within 24 hours with a photo or video, plus your receipt/order number.

What Happens Next

Once we review the issue, we’ll:

  • Replace the product (if possible), or
  • Provide a store credit or refund – whichever works best for you.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • We can’t offer refunds for items that have been opened, partly consumed, or stored incorrectly.
  • Custom orders and promotional items can only be replaced or refunded if there’s a quality issue.
