You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for Fresh Pasta or for a product that is spoiled or damaged after delivery to the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Once you checked out your order, you will receive a SMS requesting your preferred delivery slot amongst availability (Time Slots: 10am-01pm /-/ 02pm-04pm /-/ 04pm-08pm)

Orders can be cancelled only by return message from our customer service; send SMS 55169597 to request cancellation
At selected time of delivery, driver shall send you an SMS confirming order will be shortly deliver to you.
At receipt of delivery kindly check that items are as per the order and relevant integrity, or return the non-conformed items to the driver. Payment refund, or item replacement, shall be done by customer service only, not the driver.
