Ingredients

  • 17,6 oz anchovies,
  • 10,6 oz potatoes,
  • 1,7 oz santoreggia chees,
  • 0,70 oz thyme,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • Costa D’oro extra virgin olive oil to taste,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • 1 grated lemon rind,
  • melted butter to taste,

Directions:
