  • 200g cherry tomato chopped into halves
  • 10g fresh basil
  • 150g fish broth
  • 50g Costa D’oro extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic until become brown and remove garlic.
  3. Add the shrimps and cook for 3 minutes
  4. Add cherry tomato and other ingredients
  5. Cook for few minutes until the sauce is thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and serve over pasta.
