  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, separated into individual slices (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp dried mint

Dressing:

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
