On the 1st of December 2019 renowned Master Chef Claudio Trovato paid a visit to the Colosseum factory and interacted with our chefs.
He spent time understanding the various production procedures and partook in tasting some of the products.
Chef Claudio works at the Cucina restaurant at Marriott Marquis.
